Who may play

You can hold an account with us only if you are 18 or over, or older where your local law sets a higher gambling age, and only where online gaming is legal for you. We do not accept players from the United Kingdom or from the other regions listed in our full terms, and anyone resident in a restricted region may have winnings voided with only the deposit returned.

Your account

Each player keeps one personal account with accurate, up-to-date details. Your login is yours alone, so keep your username and password private. Letting another person use your account, or opening extra accounts, can lead to closure.

Verification

We can ask for identity, address and payment documents whenever needed, and payouts wait until the requested papers are approved. Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name.

Deposits and wagering

Every deposit is played through once before it can be withdrawn. Bonuses follow our separate bonus rules, which set wagering, game contributions and bet limits for each offer.

Game results and errors

Our server records decide every game result. If a screen shows something different, the server record stands. Balances credited by mistake, whatever the technical cause, are not valid and are removed together with any wins they produced.

Withdrawals

Payouts are handled weekly within the limits of each method and our overall weekly ceiling. Banking restrictions, pending reviews or public holidays can slow a payment, and we keep you informed by email.

Inactive accounts and payment disputes

After twelve months without a login an account counts as inactive and its real cash balance is removed, and the holder can ask us to restore it at no cost. A chargeback or other payment dispute allows us to hold or adjust balances, bonuses and winnings and to suspend linked accounts.

Closing an account

We may suspend or close an account at any time, for example after failed verification, third-party deposits, bonus abuse or any breach of our terms. You can also ask us to close your account whenever you wish.

Respectful conduct

We expect courtesy toward our staff and other players. Abusive or discriminatory behaviour can lead to suspension or closure, and offensive usernames or messages may be changed.
